Pickup & Return Instruction

We have few pickup and return point which you can refer below:

KL Sentral: KL Sentral has several entrances, but our meeting point will be at the KLIA Transit Entrance (the train to the airport).

KLIA1: Pick-up location at KLIA 1 is at Arrival Door 5 or 6, and the return location is at Departure Door 3 or 4.

KLIA2: Pick-up location is at the arrival lane near Door 2 or 3, right in front of Family Mart. The return location is at the departure lane near Door 5 or 6.

Kota Bharu Airport: The meeting point at Kota Bharu Airport is at Gate C (Pintu C).

Langkawi Airport: Our team will meet you at the arrival hall of Langkawi Airport. Look out for the WAHDAH banner outside the airport.

Penang Airport: For pick-up and return at Penang International Airport (PEN), please meet your Wahdah Hero at Level 2, Gate 5.

JB Sentral: Shuttle will be waiting for you at the second entrance/exit, right across from Levi’s (City Square Mall) and Holiday Inn and bring you to our WAHDAH JB Hub.

If your pickup location is not listed above, rest assured as Hero (PIC) will reach out to you at least 1 day before your pickup date to guide you for your pickup arrangement.
